At Perfumous, we create premium fragrances to the highest quality standards. Since perfumes are highly personal and sensitive products, our return policy is designed to maintain product hygiene, authenticity, and fairness for all customers.

🌿 TRY FIRST WITH SAMPLE (SELECT PRODUCTS ONLY)

For selected products, we provide a complimentary tester sample of the same fragrance.

How it works:

  • Try the fragrance using the sample
  • If you love it → enjoy your sealed full-size bottle
  • If the fragrance doesn’t suit your preference → you may request a return of the main product

Conditions:

✅ Main product must remain completely unused, sealed, and in original packaging
✅ Tester/sample must be the only opened item

If the main bottle has been opened or used, returns will not be accepted under this program.

🔁 RETURN WINDOW

Eligible return or replacement requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

After 14 days, requests may not be accepted.

Applicable For:

  • Products with a tester/sample program
  • Damaged, leaking, defective, or wrong products
  • Approved replacement/refund cases only

Not Applicable For:

  • Opened or used perfumes without tester samples
  • Change of mind after using the product
  • Minor packaging variations or subjective fragrance expectations

🔁 RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Perfumous generally does not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for opened or used fragrance products due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes.

However, we do provide support in the following cases:

Eligible Cases

We will gladly offer a replacement or resolution if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • The bottle is leaking or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is missing from the package

⚡ DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT POLICY

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect:

📩 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Product photos

This helps us quickly verify transit-related issues and provide faster resolution.

📦 PRODUCTS WITHOUT TESTER SAMPLE

For products that do not include a tester/sample:

  • Returns based on fragrance preference or personal liking are not accepted
  • We recommend reviewing fragrance notes and descriptions carefully before purchasing

Our team is always happy to help with fragrance recommendations before ordering.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

If a return/replacement is approved for a verified issue:

✅ Return pickup may be arranged by Perfumous
✅ No additional restocking fees

💸 REFUNDS

Refunds are only applicable when:

  • A replacement product is unavailable, OR
  • A verified issue cannot be resolved through replacement

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within:

Original payment method timelines may vary depending on the bank/payment provider.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier.
  • Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the order has been dispatched

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product is received.
  • In rare approved cases, return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes may apply to the customer

⚖️ FAIR USAGE POLICY

To maintain a safe and genuine shopping experience:

  • Claims may be subject to verification
  • Perfumous reserves the right to deny requests in cases of policy misuse, suspicious activity, or incomplete proof

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfumes without tester samples
  • Customized or personalized fragrances
  • Gift boxes or special packaging products
  • Clearance or limited-edition products (if applicable)
