We at Perfumous strive to provide a delightful shopping experience with our non-alcoholic perfumes. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the guidelines for addressing defective products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Unboxing Your Order

We encourage customers to record an unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving their Perfumous package. This serves as essential proof in case of issues such as defects, incorrect items, or fragrance-related discrepancies.

Returns

Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns unless the item meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item is defective upon arrival.
  • The item is different from what was ordered.
  • There is a significant fragrance issue, such as receiving the wrong scent.

Custom fragrances are non-returnable as they are personalized and made to order.

All return requests must be supported by:

  • An unboxing video as proof of the defect.
  • Original packaging and invoice.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Cash Refunds or Store Credit:
    Perfumous does not offer cash refunds or store credit.
  • Replacements:
    • If your item is eligible for a replacement, you may submit a request within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting support@perfumous.com.
    • Replacement items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the original defective item.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Unavailable Replacements:
    If a replacement is not available, you will be offered the option to:
    • Choose another product, with any price differences adjusted.
    • Receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at support@perfumous.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the unboxing video showing the defect or issue.
  3. Once your request is approved, further instructions will be provided via email.

Replacement Shipping

  • Domestic Orders:
    Replacement items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the defective product.
  • International Orders:
    Customers are responsible for shipping defective items back to our facility.
    • Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Replacement items for international orders are shipped within 15 business days of receiving the defective product.

Conditions for Returns

  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that have been used or damaged due to improper handling or storage will not be accepted.
  • Custom Fragrances: Custom or personalized fragrances cannot be returned or replaced unless defective.
  • Missing Contents: Packages missing contents or not returned in their original condition will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@perfumous.com.
  • Once an order is shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
  • Custom fragrances or orders in production cannot be canceled.

Rights Reserved by Perfumous

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline replacement requests after reviewing the condition of returned items.
  • Perfumous is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to follow recommended storage or care instructions.
  • This policy is subject to updates or changes without prior notice.
